At BAUER, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused gear back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective films are intact for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return within 7-10 business days.
